Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently to various locations. The ideal candidate should have a valid commercial driving license, good driving skills, and the ability to follow routes, schedules, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and drive heavy vehicles (light, medium, or heavy trucks) to deliver goods.
Load and unload cargo while ensuring all items are secured properly.
Follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery timelines.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and records.
Follow all road safety, traffic laws, and company policies.
Report vehicle defects, mechanical issues, or incidents immediately.
Communicate professionally with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers.
Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the truck.

Requirements

Valid truck driving license (LR/HR/MC license as required).
Proven experience as a commercial truck or delivery driver.
Good knowledge of road safety regulations and GPS navigation.
Ability to handle long-distance or interstate travel (if required).
Physically fit for loading and unloading tasks.
Good communication and time management skills.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
