Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily kitchen operations and workflow
Monitor stock levels and place supply orders
Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Support chefs with preparation planning
Maintain kitchen records and checklists
Coordinate with front of house for smooth service
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen operations
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to manage stock and kitchen records
Good communication and team coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
Physically fit for kitchen based duties
Responsible and punctual work attitude
