Agha Juice is looking for a Juice Bar Supervisor to manage daily outlet operations, staff coordination, and service quality. This role requires hands-on involvement in beverage preparation, hygiene control, and customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet.
• Supervise daily juice bar operations
• Prepare and oversee preparation of juices, smoothies, and milkshakes
• Manage staff shifts and task allocation
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues
• Monitor stock levels and place basic orders
• Oversee cash handling and end-of-day checks
• Maintain waste management and bin hygiene
• Previous experience in juice bar, café, or food outlet preferred
• Ability to lead and manage a small team
• Strong hygiene and organisational skills
• Basic communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
• Flexible availability including weekends
