Key Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute ICT business development strategies to support company growth
Identify potential business opportunities, new markets, and prospective clients
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service contracts
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assess customer requirements
Work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver effective ICT solutions
Negotiate contracts and contribute towards revenue and sales growth objectives
Maintain accurate client databases, reports, and sales records
Support management in achieving business development goals and strengthening market presence

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in ICT, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Previous experience in ICT business development, account management, or sales roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and meet business targets
Strong understanding of ICT products, digital solutions, and current market trends
Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
