Bloomfield College is seeking an Admissions Assistant to support the admissions team in processing student applications, maintaining applicant records, and coordinating communication with prospective students. Key Responsibilities

Process and verify student admission applications accurately
Maintain and update applicant records in admission systems
Communicate with prospective students via email and phone
Coordinate with academic and finance departments for admissions workflow
Prepare admission letters and enrollment documents

Support admission events, counseling sessions, and orientation programs

Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline
0 to 1 year experience in administration or customer support preferred
