Job Description

HARWARD COLLEGE is hiring a Marketing and Student Recruitment Officer to drive enrolments and manage outreach campaigns. This role is target driven. If you cannot handle numbers leads and follow ups, you will fail fast.

Key Responsibilities

Execute student recruitment and enrolment campaigns
Manage enquiries leads and follow ups
Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities
Represent the college at education events and fairs
Maintain CRM and enquiry databases
Track conversion and enrolment performance
Support admissions team with promotional materials

Requirements
