Job Description

HARWARD COLLEGE is hiring an Examinations and Records Officer to control exams schedules results and academic records. This role is zero tolerance for mistakes. One error affects students legally and academically. If you are careless, do not touch this role.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate examination schedules and timetables
Maintain student academic records and results
Prepare exam related documentation and reports
Coordinate with faculty for assessments and grading
Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy
Handle student queries related to exams and results
Support audits and compliance checks

Requirements

Experience in education administration preferred
