Job Description

SUBWAY is hiring a Supply Ordering and Inventory Planning Coordinator to manage ingredient forecasting and ordering for multiple outlets. This role exists to prevent stock shortages and wastage. It is planning focused, not counter or kitchen work.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast daily and weekly ingredient requirements
Prepare and place supply orders with approved vendors
Monitor stock usage trends and wastage
Coordinate deliveries and resolve supply issues
Maintain inventory planning records and reports
Work with store managers to align demand planning
Ensure food availability during peak periods

Requirements

Experience in inventory planning or supply coordination
Strong numerical and planning skills
Ability to analyse usage patterns
Basic Excel or inventory system knowledge
Right to work in Australia
