Job Description

Driveree is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations, driver coordination, and order tracking. This role ensures smooth workflow between drivers, customers, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assign delivery tasks and routes to drivers
Monitor daily deliveries and resolve operational issues
Coordinate with drivers for schedule updates and delays
Track orders, delivery status, and performance reports
Maintain driver records, attendance, and compliance documents
Handle customer queries related to delivery operations
Support process improvement and efficiency planning

Requirements

Bachelor degree or diploma in Operations, Logistics, or Business preferred
1 to 3 years experience in operations, logistics, or coordination role
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of logistics or delivery operations
Comfortable with MS Excel and reporting tools
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Problem solving and decision making ability
