Job Description

SUBWAY is hiring a Franchise Training and Standards Coordinator to ensure franchise staff follow brand standards and operating procedures. This role exists to reduce inconsistency across outlets. It is people and process focused, not store level work.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and refresher training for franchise staff
Ensure compliance with brand operating standards
Visit outlets to assess service and process quality
Prepare training materials and SOP updates
Support franchise owners with operational guidance
Report compliance gaps and improvement plans
Coordinate with head office operations team

Requirements

Experience in training, operations, or franchise support
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel between outlets
Good documentation and reporting skills
Right to work in Australia
