NEVADA KEBAB is hiring an Outlet Administration Officer to handle paperwork reporting and backend control for daily operations. This is not a creative role. It is accuracy driven. If you are careless with numbers or documents you will fail.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily sales and expense records
Prepare staff attendance and shift reports
Handle invoices supplier bills and basic accounts support
Coordinate with head office on compliance documents
Manage outlet documentation and filing
Support managers with weekly operational reports
Ensure records are audit ready

Requirements

Previous experience in admin or office support role
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines without reminders
Right to work in Australia
