Job Description

GOTCHA is hiring an Inventory Control Officer to stop stock losses and fix reporting gaps. This role is numbers driven. If you guess instead of verify, you will fail here.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor stock movement across warehouse and outlets
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconciliation
Conduct regular stock audits and variance analysis
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
Update inventory systems and generate reports
Investigate stock discrepancies and shrinkage
Ensure storage and handling compliance

Requirements

Previous experience in inventory or warehouse control
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic understanding of inventory software or ERP
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Right to work in Australia
