Job Description

GOTCHA is hiring a Brand Activation Executive to execute on ground and digital brand campaigns. This role is execution heavy. If you only know theory and cannot deliver results, you are useless here.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute brand activation campaigns
Coordinate with creative vendors and agencies
Manage promotional events and product launches
Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
Ensure brand guidelines are followed everywhere
Support social media and offline promotions
Prepare post campaign performance reports

Requirements

Experience in marketing brand or activation roles
Strong coordination and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Basic understanding of digital and offline marketing
Right to work in Australia
