Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Cook to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and has a genuine passion for preparing high-quality food. Experience in Mexican cuisine is an advantage, but enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic are equally important.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, ensuring consistent quality and bold flavours
Support food production, presentation, and service flow in collaboration with the kitchen team
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
Assist with ordering and managing supplies, including fresh produce and kitchen equipment
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards to meet food safety requirements
Participate in stock control and waste minimisation practices
Comply with all workplace health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Experience in Mexican cuisine is preferred but not essential
Ability to work efficiently under pressure with a positive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent dining experiences
High attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality
