Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. The successful candidate will manage documentation, scheduling, and communication coordination while assisting management and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain executive calendars
  • Prepare administrative reports, presentations, and records
  • Maintain filing systems, office databases, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, office supplies, and vendor communications
  • Assist HR teams with onboarding documentation and recruitment support
  • Provide administrative assistance to internal departments as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
